Manohardeep Singh Josan, IT Manager

Mr. Josan is our in-house IT manager. His work ethic, organizational skills and exceptional attitude mean that he is always taking on more than his share. He works fast and his analytical ability allows him to drive solutions which keep our office running smoothly with the latest technologies. His duties with our firm include:

• Strategize IT business productivity solutions (Windows XP & 7, Exchange, Office 365, and SharePoint).
• Research and implement hardware and software solutions.
• Analyze information technology issues, evaluating alternatives, and making logical recommendations based on findings.
• Troubleshooting computer hardware and software applications in Windows and MAC environment.
• Manage, supervise on-site admin staff, and work with outsourced web and graphic providers.
• Develop virtual desktop solutions using VMware .
• Coordinate presentation on behalf of firm’s partners, including Power Points, documents and attractive client pitches.
  Prepare extensive legal documents and marketing materials using Word, Excel and other Tools, and
• Devise cost-effective IT solutions for business productivity.
