Shilpi Banerjee is an Associate Attorney with the Law Offices of Michael Ryvin since 2016 and is based in the San Francisco Bay area. Shilpi works on all aspects of the firm’s immigration practice in employment-based non-immigrant and immigrant visa applications, as well as family-based immigration petitions for immediate relatives.
She earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the University of Colorado School of Law in Boulder, Colorado (2006), where she was a Member & Editor of the University of Colorado Law Review and worked as a Judicial Fellow with the Honorable Chief Justice Mary Mullarkey at the Colorado Supreme Court.
