Collaborating closely with our attorneys, she prepares and manages a wide range of business immigration petitions and applications for corporate clients. Her expertise covers various nonimmigrant and immigrant employment-based visas such as H-1B, B-1/B-2, E-1, E-2, E-3, J-1, L-1A, L-1B, O-1, R, and TN visas. She also handles I-539 change/extension applications for nonimmigrant visa status for dependents, green card applications including EB-1, EB-2, and EB-3 immigrant visa petitions, I-485 adjustment of status applications, I-131 advance parole applications, I-765 employment authorization applications, PERM labor certification applications, as well as crafting responses to Request for Evidence (RFE) and PERM audits. Pamela's area of expertise extends to family-based green card applications and naturalization applications. Working closely with five attorneys, she plays a pivotal role in the preparation process. This involves drafting intricate correspondence, identifying case-related issues, strategizing case approaches, and acquiring essential documentation and information from clients and beneficiaries. Fluent in Spanish, Pamela effectively communicates with clients from diverse linguistic backgrounds, enriching her interactions within the legal landscape. Pamela’s educational background complements her practical skills, enabling her to navigate complex legal matters with a comprehensive perspective. She graduated with Honors from Mercy College in White Plains, New York with an ABA-approved Certificate in Paralegal Studies. Prior to this, she obtained her bachelor’s degree in Spanish from College of Wooster in Wooster, Ohio, having been awarded the Phi Beta Kappa Ricardo Valencia Prize for Excellence in Spanish.
