Manuel Santos is one of our highly talented Paralegals who has been with Lang Wallace since 2015. Manuel’s in-depth research capabilities and meticulous attention to detail have proven invaluable on Family and Business Immigration matters. For family immigration matters, he manages complex and daunting immigration processes including sponsorships for US lawful permanent residence by US spouses, parents, children. On the business immigration side, Manuel oversees the informational intake process for H-1Bs, I-140 Petitions for Immigrant Workers (the underlying case for a green card), and drafts Attorney Letters, Company Support Letters and Experience Letters confirming work experience. His organizational ability and memory of client needs is critical to Lang Wallace, and his preparation of forms and filings ensure thoroughness towards USCIS approval.
A storyteller by nature, Manuel completed his Bachelor's Degree in Digital Cinema at DePaul University in 2008. Prior to joining Lang Wallace, Manuel worked as an editor on a wide range of projects, including a series featured on Amazon, web series, award winning shorts, films, documentaries on various topics, and commercial work. Having left Nicaragua in the 1980s and walking a legal immigration path to U.S. citizenship, he is an empathetic to the needs of families; but with intense understanding of world history, U.S. politics and social issues, he helps the attorneys with cases regarding Extraordinary Ability and U.S. National Interest Waivers.
