Our Approach
At Lang Wallace LLC we believe successful business immigration involves four key principles - Clarity, Logistics, Execution, and Policy.
1st Principle - Clarity
- Immigration counsel must understand your immigration issues, define the level of service needed and find the right solution. Designing and implementing clear legal strategy requires critical communications with HR/in-house immigration specialists, general counsel, other managers and employees.
2nd Principle – Logistics
- You want immigration counsel to run logistics properly when you need to move your workforce globally quickly. Logistical considerations include creating proper immigration work flow and establishing standards for basic communication with In-House counsel, HR and the employee. Good data-base for immigration information to be accessed by HR is a must. We use LawLogix.
3rd Principle – Execution
- Your company needs someone who works closely with you to execute the strategy to move foreign employees quickly. We take a proactive approach to giving you an instant immigration strategy that identifies future problems in movement of personnel and addresses employee needs in advance. We work for you so HR can do HR work -- not learn a legal sub-specialty.
4th Principle – Policy
- Effective immigration counsel works to create immigration policies that the foreign employees can respect since they foster fairness and predictability in immigration benefits, company-wide. We work with your HR department and in-house counsel to develop goals, devise strategies to achieve them, and create policy statements that work for your company. When published internally, in your manual or on an internal corporate website, these policies will be a reference source for employee questions that will provide information and save you time.
