Mr. Noumean Rashid is a Senior Attorney with extensive experience in U.S. Immigration law, with emphasis on high volume employment-based and investment petitions. He is focused on optimizing internal firm processes and managing workloads for client satisfaction. He utilizes his strong management-level experience gained from running teams of associate attorneys, immigration paralegals and assistants, to prepare quality casework for review by US immigration agencies including U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services, U.S. Department of State (with the US consulates), and the U.S. Department of Labor. With his ability to communicate tactfully and intelligently, he also liaises problems with congressional staff to ensure results in certain employment and family-based immigration cases. Mr. Rashid maintains high-level communication with clients from initial consultation through intake and preparation, to filing and closure. Some of his strongest abilities in immigration include fixing problematic Consular visa issues, handling H-1B Professionals, E-2 Investors, EB-1 Multinational Managers/Executive, L-1s Intracompany Transfers, PERM filings, TNs for Canadians and Mexicans, and responding to complex RFE/NOID/Motions to Reopen/Reconsider. Mr. Rashid has prepared and attended dozens of clients for employment-based and family-based Adjustment of Status interviews. He also understands the immigration court system given his experience handling EOIR hearings and motions, and filing appeals with AAO, BALCA and BIA. Mr. Rashid speaks Spanish, Hindi and Urdu fluently. He obtained his J.D. law degree from West Virginia University College of Law in Morgantown in May 2013, previously graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a minor in Multinational Business Operations from Florida State University in 2008.
