joshua@langwallace.com Experience Joshua Cheng holds 26 years of experience in international law, including 7 years on US soil devoted to the practice of corporate and individual immigration law in the Washington DC area. He has successfully managed a wide variety of immigration cases, including employment-based cases, EB-5s, L1s, EB-1a (Extraordinary Ability), EB-1c (Multinational Managers/Executives), H-1B (Professionals), P-1s (Athletes), and family-sponsored cases. Mr. Cheng works with a clientele of diverse backgrounds, including company executives, HR professionals, company employees, investors, scholars, and family dependents. Mr. Cheng is a native Chinese speaker. He has a strong understanding of the many nuances that typify immigration’s convoluted body of law, from statutes to regulations to policy memorandums and, no less significantly, the actual adjudicatory practices of agency officials.
